Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned in their original condition.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with the order.
Custom Orders
Because custom products are made specifically for you, custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or there is a manufacturing defect.
Shipping & Processing
Many OrbitRanch products are made to order. Processing times may vary depending on current demand and the complexity of your order.
Most orders ship within 2–5 business days. If your order is expected to take longer, I'll reach out to keep you informed.
