Returns

We accept returns of unused and undamaged items within 14 days of purchase.

If you’ve received an item and decide it isn’t right for you, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase. We’ll work with you to find a reasonable solution.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition. Return shipping is generally the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or we made an error with your order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect a returned item, we’ll let you know whether the return has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

Made-to-Order & Custom Items

Because many OrbitRanch products are made to order, customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or there was an error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to make it right, whether that means a replacement, refund, or another reasonable solution.
