Our Stackable Tray System for Tarantula Cribs was designed specifically for Tarantula Cribs sling enclosures to help you make better use of both shelf space and vertical space. I originally developed this system for my own collection, and it quickly became a total game changer for keeping slings organized—and for moving groups of them around during feeding time.

Use Them as Trays—or Stack ’Em Up

Each tray works perfectly well on its own, keeping your enclosures grouped together so you can move an entire set at once instead of playing the world's tiniest game of Tetris every feeding day.

But if you want to take advantage of vertical space, add the optional Stacker and pile those slings as high as you damn well please!

Here's how the system works: Tray → Stacker → Tray → Stacker → Tray.

The Stacker sits between two loaded trays and supports the tray above while creating clearance over the enclosures below. This keeps the upper tray from resting directly on the enclosure lids. Ventilation openings around the perimeter of the Stacker allow air to continue flowing around and above the lower enclosures.

Mix & Match Your Stacks

All three tray sizes have the same 10.25" × 10.25" outside dimensions, even though they're designed to hold different sizes and quantities of Tarantula Cribs enclosures.

The enclosure layouts were specifically arranged so that the Stacker fits over the tops of the enclosures without interfering with them. Because every tray shares the same footprint, all three tray styles use the same Stacker and can be mixed and matched within the same stack.

So your stack could be 2x2s on one level, 2x3s on the next, and 3x3s above that—or whatever combination works for your collection.

Optional Stacker

Add one Stacker between each tray when building vertically. The Stacker supports the next tray while maintaining clearance and airflow above the enclosures on the level below.

Mix tray sizes, rearrange your collection, add another level when your sling problem inevitably gets worse—you know how this goes.
